Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This volume is based on an international conference held in Ragusa in November 2014, in which scholars, researchers, Italian and foreign operators and family members discussed a model of intervention that allowed the different areas in which it is been implemented, to experiment with forms of integrated home care for frail elderly people. In particular, it is divided into eleven chapters that document well, the point of current reflection on home care, the peculiarity of the HCP Project and also a comparison with other experiments carried out in the field of home care in Italy and abroad .
