Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In a global world where everything is traveling, and where distant cultures are in direct contact, for some aspects we can also understand how easy it can be to distinguish between those who are local and those who are not, among migrants and citizens. Notwithstanding that, on a global projection, everyone travels for the most varied reasons, not least tourism, study and work. In fact, in common language the migrant and the citizen relate to each other as the opposing icons of citizenship when, in reality, one is the reflection of the other in the mirror. Just like a glove that, even if turned upside down, remains the same. The contrast is comfortable and serves to reassure, although it does not hold when closely observed.
