Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Professor Pasinetti presents to the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei a letter sent to dr. Mario Draghi, Governor of the European Central Bank, where he explains his critical position - with respect to the commitments agreed at Maastricht - to make EU member states observe the two basic ratios, relating to the deficit / GDP and the public debt / GDP respectively . Finally it proposes an alternative solution.
