Abstract
This contribution highlights the need of a new educational alliance between school and family, between teachers and parents in order to create a community aiming to educate for the quality of the relationships it can put in place. In order to make par- ents’ involvement in school life truly effective, it is necessary to switch from simple participation (which is often merely formal) to cooperation, which requires effective educational coresponsibility.
