Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Rwanda is an East African state. It is bordered to the west by the Democratic Republic of the Congo, to the north by Uganda, to the east by Tanzania and to the south by Burundi. Rwanda has no access to the sea, it is a small town in the middle of sub-Saharan Africa, a very green, fertile country surrounded by lush hills, the legendary thousand hills described by the English explorer Richard Francis Burton (1821-1890) in 1800. But also the thousand hills of the name of the radio that transmitted in the spring of 1994 the "orders" on how to crush the cockroaches, and go to "work" with machetes to cut and cut all day, kill by cutting, breaking the skulls , by mutilating the limbs: it was a matter of "cutting away", eliminating with a clear and completely blows an entire population.
