Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Petrarch had the ability to use legal institutions and terminology with precision. While the author of the article taken into consideration considers that this demonstrates the continuous presence at Petrarca del Corpus iuris, here we have tried to highlight that the use of institutes and legal terminology are to be linked exclusively to the jurisprudence studies he carried out , who gave him the "forma mentis" of the jurist
