Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The emergency legislation made necessary by the pandemic crisis has provided for aid and "refreshments" for numerous categories of subjects, but - due to a regulatory / bureaucratic misalignment - does not apply to private schools, which are undergoing an unparalleled crisis. And among other things, the consequences would be enormous on the whole of society. In the work we try to imagine a "practical" solution, which allows the natural persons concerned (in principle, the parents of pupils enrolled in private schools) to take advantage of a deductibility of the fees that is, however, immediate, based on the declarations already being presented in 2020 - it goes without saying that we would be faced with a possibility that goes beyond the normal deductibles, which usually applies to income from the previous tax period. However, we would find ample justification in the situation that the legal system is experiencing
