Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution reconstructs the biography and analyzes the lyric production of Isotta Brembati, a Bergamo poet of the sixteenth century, highlighting its relationship with the tradition of Petrarchism and especially with Vittoria Colonna. The interesting cultural environment of the Lombard-Venetian area in which it operates is also reconstructed.
