Due to the specific characteristics of these minors, who arrived alone in Italy, they deserve particular attention from the educational and training institutions in which they are placed. For the strategic role that training plays for these young people: it is the key that allows them to open the door to full integration. Because in many territories resources, skills, creativity and professionalism have been deployed to experiment with effective inclusive methods that deserve to be spread. The school is not the only agency that is in charge of the msna, there is in fact a constellation of actors who - on different fronts - are concerned with its reception and integration: the social services of local authorities, the juvenile courts, the host communities, the voluntary guardians, the various third sector organizations that are part of the local welfare system. In the pages of this guide we will reconstruct the structure of the reception of UAMs in Italy, identifying the specific skills of the individual subjects involved and highlighting their integration necessary for a multidimensional management of UAMs. This is a complex but certainly not impossible synergy, as demonstrated by some experiences presented in this guide and which aim to be a stimulus for further experiments in the territories.
