Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The complexity of the current reality, characterized by environmental, economic and social tensions, aggravated by the pandemic crisis, requires signals of attention to the centrality of the person. In the post Covid-19 re-start, paying attention to the value of diversity means staying in the transformations in a generative, synergistic and planning way. During the lockdown, women experienced a greater degree of fatigue, suffering and precariousness, but at the same time the pandemic highlighted their essential role. They can be considered privileged interlocutors for the drafting of strategies to face the challenges of today's society. This will be possible by creating new "places" for dialogue, discussion and participation, which can lead to empowerment in terms of health and well-being. In this perspective, a continuous search for contexts, environments and tools for education is necessary so that everyone can be involved in a "capacitive" key.
