Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In Italy, households with three or more children are almost an exception, while the one-child model is becoming increasingly popular. In this situation, family pedagogy sees not only the result of contingent economic and structural limitations, but also and above all the weakening, in the general cultural context, of the value of life; hence the loss of openness to the acceptance of the unknown You. This procedure also has serious consequences on the corporate structure and on family education itself. In fact, within the group of brothers, with the help of parents, educational opportunities are structured that are not available in other areas of coexistence and this has positive repercussions on all spheres of growing personality. However, it is not a matter of uncritically calling for a return to large families. The question arises in terms of education to the responsibility and the planning of the person as regards the consistency to be given to the family of election.
