Abstract
With reference to a renewed humanism, this contribution provides some reasons for a pedagogical\r\nreflection for the construction of humanism in education focusing on the frailty and\r\nuncertainty lived by the different generations. Central themes for a renewed humanism are the\r\nlistening and looking to the other, especially reflecting on the “symbolic traces” and implied human\r\nnuances, in order to be able to develop educational practices not only to responde to needs of\r\nlife, but also to give voice to the frailty and potential of people, to the personal discomforts and\r\nmotivation to fulfillment.
