Abstract

The research studies on E. Wenger's community of practice and the copious and wide survey carried out by G. Alessandrini on the processes supporting education in non-formal and informal context of work, open new horizons in pedagogical research regarding the ways people learn from their professional and interactive experiences, also with reference to the wide phenomenon of the digital communication and data transmission. The publication aims at encouraging reflection on the importance of promoting circular actions in the working places, involving the development of the human factor in the entrepreneurial business, responsible for the innovative processes, as well as promoting the recognition of the value of learning in the working place and the development of educational skills, aiming at supporting the value of human qualities at work, with a view to full work humanization.
