Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay takes stock of the condition of Italian Millennials, particularly those who have invested in training. Through a qualitative survey the stories of young Italians who decided to leave, to stay, to return or not to return were collected. The emerging picture is complex and articulated, useful for rethinking the same social and labor policies in our country
