Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The subordinate workers qualify on the basis of the Italian Civil Code of 1942 as collaborators, also in the light of the provision that the entrepreneur is the head of the company (art. 2086), whose meaning is properly an assignment of responsibility also employer in the comparisons with the organization and in particular with the management of human resources. Codatoriality and multidatoriality, as concepts emerging in recent practice, doctrine and even legislation (in particular sectors) does not exclude the possible solidarity traceability of all active and passive positions of the employer to one or more subjects, which still retain the availability of CD. employer powers (management, control, disciplinary, others) towards employees. The essay wants to indicate the fundamental schemes for identifying the respective responsibilities.
