Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution highlights the perspective of a re-reading of management in terms of relational, reflexive and ethical activity. the reference is to a concept of organizing as a social construction of meanings, in which the action of the subjects is determined by material and immaterial dimensions and at the same time contributes to determining them. At stake is a careful review of traditional management theories, generally aimed at 'leveling organizational landscapes' according to guidelines that have emphasized and exasperated managerial activity as directed towards the achievement of profit and share value. Following the contribution of sensitivity and advanced reflections in the field of Critical Management Studies (CMS), there is the possibility of assuming the complexity of organizational landscapes, in which management and the managerial world take into account people, experiences, processes and multiplicity of the interests at stake.
