Origine e natura della giustizia

[Autom. eng. transl.] The question of justice is divided between its (universal) meaning, its (particular) conceptions, its justness (virtue), in search of an ideal coherence of these aspects. A fundamental link is that of law and justice, oscillating between positivist identification and excess of justice, based on human dignity and human rights. In the contemporary age, culture acts as a third factor, which functions as a historicizing and relativizing instance. We reacted to this by appealing to the sentiment of justice or to a metaphysical "metaphysical" foundation. One element capable of reconciling the various instances is perhaps human relations, as a relational structure endowed with its common good.
