[Autom. eng. transl.] At the same time, this book aims to take stock of the contributions that the social sciences have given to the understanding of the organizational phenomenon and to organize the most recent developments in the human sciences around the organizational paradigm. The result is a multi-faceted work, with at least two interpretations: a theoretical and a pragmatic one, and the latter is probably the most interesting aspect. In fact, we will try to pass from theoretical models to the description of concrete examples, showing the pragmatic relevance of each approach analyzed.
