Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The 2021 CCNL for metalworkers is particularly innovative in various aspects, keeping a line of continuity on central institutions of the employment relationship such as working hours and smart working, as it spread especially during the 2019 pandemic, an institution for the which the consensuality of the changes is reaffirmed - since it is a method not reduced to the choice of the workplace - and with the use of the referral technique to a future bilateral monitoring Observatory, in the sign of a principled incentive to use the tools technologies and the updating of the regulations for the protection of the person of workers deriving from it.
