Abstract
The article addresses the concept of One Health as a tool to transform the way of conceiving the agricultural sector by valuing the role that, together with humans, non-human elements play in it. In doing so, the article proposes a narrative analysis of how primary food production is and has been understood by entrepreneurs in the sector, placing this way of seeing in relation to that proposed by the concept of One Health. This exercise proposes a new perspective towards which to move understanding, and therefore productive practice, wanting to support the process of reviewing the framework of protections, rights and duties that are recognized in the agricultural field.
