Abstract

The definition of the word "religion" is a vexata quaestio in comparative religion. This critical note intends to discuss the G.Buccellati's definition of religion in his work "Quando in alto i cieli..." (Jaca Book 2012) / "When on High the Heavens..." (Routledge: forthcoming). The main argument is represented by the understanding of the term "absolute".
