Abstract
This article discusses the hypothesis of a progressive convergence between the strategies of big enterprises and territorial systems of small business. A greater attention to the territory of instalment, a new conception of the innovation process (represented as a collective and incremental process); a new equilibrium between internal and external labour market are cases in point.
