Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The current model of organization of the economy blocks development and employment by creating "waste" and situations of conflict, real or perceived, between different categories of workers. To this the article contrasts a perspective based on equity, reciprocity and solidarity, which increases both employment and the quality of work and the quality of life.
