Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Over the last few years, particular attention has been paid by companies and institutions to the themes of the new Humanistic Management which enhances the relationships not only between the company and the market but those between the company and various stakeholders. Among the latter, a particularly significant role is recognized to human resources and the community in which the company operates (Laszlo, 2019). In this context, the objective of the research is to investigate the contribution of the new humanistic management to the growth of Made in Italy companies.
