Abstract
The article discusses the case of Ulyalaevščina by Ilya Selvinsky. The poem was rewritten so many times and the changes were so vast that the last variants seem to be a new literary work. The author tries to prove it using statistical methods, in particular the frequency dictionaries of several versions of the text.
