Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] This essay tackles the theme of food poverty from an educational pedagogical point of view and confronts the cultural and social meanings of a phenomenon, that of waste, to understand if and in what way it could be problematized and, subsequently, read as a resource from an educational point of view, placing at the center of scientific interest integral human development and taking everyone's responsibility for building the society of tomorrow.
