Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay, which constitutes the reworking of a comment to the art. 2248 cc, it traces the difference between the society and the communion, dealing, in particular, with the problematic cases represented by the co-ownership on productive assets (land, ships, companies) and by the societies that mask communions. With reference to these latter phenomena, the problem related to the remedies available is also addressed.
