Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The relevance of physical or mental infirmity is analyzed for the purpose of postponing the execution of the sentence for health reasons. The author also examines the implications of the sentence of the Constitutional Court n. 99 of February 20, 2019 for the verification pursuant to art. 47-ter, co. 1-ter, ord. penit.
