Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The author - starting from the analysis of the reference code framework - analyzes the impact of the legislative reform which, by means of Law 189/2004, introduced in the Book II of the penal code the title IX bis, dedicated to crimes against sentiment for animals.
