Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The comment deepens the issue of ascertaining the causality between the omissive conduct and the death event, in the context of a health treatment. In particular, it should be noted that for the purposes of recourse to logical probability, it is necessary to evaluate the possible relevance of an alternative causal course, hypothetically activated by the omitted due conduct, with respect to the specific case.
