Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The comment deepens the theme of the legal qualification of the activities carried out by "seven aduse to understand the credulity of the adepts" and consisting in diagnosing diseases and offering treatment in exchange for substantial economic "offers". In fact, the annotated sentence frames these behaviors in the cases of abusive exercise of the medical profession, of fraud and illegal trade in doping substances.
