Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution addresses, as a preliminary matter, a question linked to the challenge of the act adopted by the administration to execute the sentence of first instance, and then focuses mainly on the question relating to the protection of the third party against the certified start activities, with particular reference to the starting date of the appeal period and the administration's obligation to ascertain the requirements that could justify its intervention.
