Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The note provides an overview of the doctrinal and jurisprudential positions regarding the two main topics covered by the commented sentence, that is to say the automatic nature of the ineffectiveness of deeds of the assets of the bankruptcy envisaged by art. 44 l. fall. and the processing of current account banking transactions carried out by a declared bankrupt entrepreneur.
