Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The astrointe is an indirect executive measure of a pecuniary nature, it can be applied already in the cognition judgment and it can be modified in compliance with clarifications. The administrative judge, in quantifying the amount, must set a limit beyond which the periodic penalty payment cannot be calculated (so-called maximum ceiling criterion).
