Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In the judgment under review, the Court of Cassation states that even the family doctor is responsible for issuing the weapon to the patient suffering from mental disorders, if he fails to note the patient's mental disorder in the medical history certificate prior to the assessment of suitability carried out by part of the competent doctors of the ASL.
