Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution, in the first place, addresses the issue relating to the identification of territorial jurisdiction in disputes concerning the payment, by public bodies, of sums of money. Secondly, the note deals with the question relating to the application of the rules of the code of public contracts, with regard to the choice of the contractor and the form of the contract, to local health authorities.
