Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper analyzes the sentence rendered by the United Sections of the Court of Cassation on May 29, 2008 (n. 14199), relating to the exequatur in Italy of the decision by which the Greek Areios Pagos condemned, in 2000, the Federal Republic of Germany to compensate the victims of the Distomo massacre, perpetrated in 1944 by the armed forces of the Reich.
