Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper analyzes, with a view to the rules that define the basic characteristics of the "internal market" contemplated by the EC Treaty, the "economic" effects of the solutions accepted by the Community legislator with regard to the conflicts of laws relating to contracts concluded by consumers (art. 6 of Reg. No. 593/2008 / EC, "Rome I").
