Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Through an original reinterpretation of Carlo SIni's thought, the work intends to propose and exercise a graphic perspective, in order to criticize the theoretical normativeness of the philosophy of law. Scientia iuris is here understood as the precipitate of a tradition of endless graphic practices, of which the anthropopoietic and normative effects are shown. In a genealogical exercise, the specific form of theoretical practice is therefore investigated, within which the theoretically posed subject is inscribed. A paradox emerges, which we must know how to live. The philosophy of law is a critical discourse on the norm, which however presupposes the normative form of the theory. It is precisely this greater exposure to the paradox that makes scientia iuris a philosophically privileged perspective.
