Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution synthetically reconstructs the juridical-internationalist notion of neutrality, placing it in relation with the developments of the international order following the end of the Second World War (universal system of collective security and regional defense agreements), the cessation of the bipolar equilibrium and to the emergence of new forms of armed violence (terrorism).
