Abstract

In this intervention the legal concept of neutrality is gone into in depth. Neutrality is put in relation (a) with some developments undergone by the international legal order following the Second World War (such as the UN collective security system and some regional collective security organizations), (b) the end of the bipolar world, (c) the establishment of new forms of armed force (terrorism).
