Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Even within social interactions it is possible to experience an optimal experience. This experience, called "networked flow" is a transitional state that constitutes the specific mode of social transformation. It is in fact in it, that the subjective intention becomes collective, or able to guide the action of the members of the group. To experience this experience three conditions are necessary: a) the group members share the same goals and the same emotional experiences (maximum level of social presence); b) the members of the group experience a situation of liminality, of "being for"; c) the members of the group identify in the common activity the instrument to get out of this situation of liminality. When these circumstances occur, the result of the group's activity is, in all probability, the creation of new products and new knowledge.
