Abstract
This report describes the case of a Young man who presented at the Emergency Department because of sharp chest pain after having played in a soccer match on a cold day. He had recently returned to Italy from a three-week stay abroad. Clinical, enzymatic and electrocardiographic findings suggested a diagnosis of benign myopericarditis, possibly related to illicit drug inhalation.
