Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Starting from the question of "sources", the theme of the volume in which it is included, the essay combines some moments of archaic Greek thought in which a model of "complex" normativity seems to emerge. Intersecting itself in this last ethical-social and juridical dimension, it emerges how the theme of the "sources" of law constitutes a peculiarly modern-contemporary question where the univocal attention to the "origin" of the juridical normative (according to a polarity 'origin-sources' elaborated only later and, particularly, in the German area of mid-nineteenth century). The horizon of the "complex" normativity that characterizes it, as well as the implicit thematization of the origin-source binomial, make the ancient Hellenic perspective a theoretically fruitful tool also for interpreting the complex contemporary socio-juridical scenarios.
