Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The Author addresses the changes that the art. 18 bis of the d. lgs. 66 of 2003 noting how the sanctions in case of violation of the maximum time have increasingly weakened, so as to make it doubtful by now of the correct transposition of the European directive n. 88 of 2003 in mind of the principle of effectiveness.
