Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The article highlights the concept of divine salvific justice as it emerges in the Bible and highlights the need to overcome retributive conceptions of punishment, both in State law and in Church law, in accordance with the requests of Pope Francis and the latest pontiffs in favor of a reconciling orientation of justice.
