Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The phenomena of domestic violence and gender violence present multiple profiles of complexity on a criminological level, which should be reflected in the preparation of adequate legal instruments to combat them. The implementation of offensive behavior in the context of significant personal relationships, such as family and emotional ones, exposes the passive subject to conduct that may be expressive of occasional conflict in the relationship, but which could rapidly evolve towards behavior that is dangerous for life and limb. safety of the offended person. Some of the legal protection instruments present in our legal system, in particular civil and administrative, pursue the objective of providing an early and preventive protection intervention, in order to prevent the offensive conduct perpetrated from worsening and integrating crime figures against life and physical integrity.
