Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper aims to fix the contents of concepts, such as the degree and extent of guilt, often confused with each other, highlighting the potential and limits of the so-called subjective measure of guilt and the results achieved, on a regulatory and interpretative level, thanks to the enhancement of gross negligence in terms of exclusion of criminal responsibility, in a perspective faithful to the dictates of the extreme ratio.
