Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] While much has been written about the social, cultural and economic dynamics of globalization processes and their potential positive and negative effects, little space has been dedicated to evaluating the impact that these transformations have on new generations. This book, giving space to different voices from the field of scientific research and operational experience, focuses on the issue of children in an increasingly globalized world, but within which it is necessary to grasp cultural, relational and experiential differences. Children and adolescents from the first and third worlds are united by new problems and needs that require priority attention, so that they can become, with awareness, the future citizens of the world.
