Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The article focuses on the study of international norms, both universal and regional, aimed, on the one hand, at protecting minorities and, on the other hand, at guaranteeing the right to self-determination of peoples. The objective is in fact to verify if the minorities can consider themselves holders of a right to self-determination and, possibly, in what it exactly consists.
